Fort Worth, TX (January 12, 2006) – America One Television Network, the independent 24 hour sports and entertainment broadcast network, is pleased to announce the ECHL and the AHL All-STAR Games will be carried LIVE!
Live on January 25th from the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California, the Fresno Falcons will be the host for the 2006 ECHL All-Star Game presented by Bud Light on Jan. 25. The ECHL league office selects All-Star players based on the number of votes received from ECHL coaches and players, as well as members of the media.
Each team will be represented by at least one player. Each conference team will consist of 18 great skaters and three goaltenders.
ECHL All-Star Game – LIVE at 10PM ET until 12:30am ET
NLL will be moved ahead 1 hour to 8pm
ATP Tennis (2nd feed) WILL air at 12:30AM (4pm ATP not affected)
World Heads Up Poker will move to Thursday the 26th at 12:00am
Live on February 1st the 2006 Rbk Hockey AHL All-Star Classic will take place at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The 2006 All Star Classic will feature the top young talent in the American Hockey League. Of the 364 players to take part in the AHL All-Star Classic since 1995, more than 93 percent have competed in the National Hockey League, including Patrice Bergeron, Pavol Demitra, Rick DiPietro, Patrik Elias, Miikka Kiprusoff, Kari Lehtonen, Ryan Miller, Martin St. Louis, Jason Spezza, Eric Staal and Steve Sullivan.
