USFR Media Group expects the continuance of the broadcast business under the name America One through a new subsidiary known as VOTH Network, Inc. As part of the restructuring, VOTH Network, Inc. will convert America One to a digital platform that utilizes Scientific Atlanta's PowerVu encryption technology.
